Loni Greninger, Tribal Council Vice-Chair, Jamestown S’Klallam Tribe

Loni Greninger serves as Vice Chairwoman of the Jamestown S’Klallam Tribe, beginning  her term in January 2020. She graduated with a BS degree in Psychology from Pacific Lutheran University in 2012, and a Master of Public Administration from The Evergreen State College in 2016. While working for the Tribe, she has taken Director roles in both the Social & Community Services Department and Culture Department. She works closely with federal, state, and local governments, and numerous organizations to engage in policy work on behalf of Indian Country.

France Charles, Chairwoman Lower Elwha Tribe

Frances G. Charles is the Chairwoman of the Tribal Council of the Lower Elwha Klallam Tribe (the Tribe), the governing body of the Tribe. She is the highest-ranking elected official of the Tribe and has served in this position for the past nineteen years. Elected in 1993, currently served 30 years on Tribal Council. Chairwoman Charles has a deep commitment to the traditional cultural life of the Elwha people. Since the age of eleven, she has been involved with every major cultural and natural resources protection, preservation, and restoration effort of the Tribe.

Prior to her service in Elwha tribal government, Chairwoman Charles worked twelve years for the Olympic National Forest on forest fire crews and helicopter management, earning her way to become one of the top woman crew leaders on the Olympic Peninsula.

Natalie Maitland, Director of Operations, Fort Worden Hospitality

Natalie Maitland is the Director of Operations for Fort Worden Hospitality, with a focus on sales, reservations, marketing, community events and business development. Throughout her career she has focused on creative problem solving, team centered strategies, quality experiences and community engagement. She volunteers with the Port Townsend Lodging Tax Advisory Committee, founding board member of Quimper Events Collective, participates in the PT Creative District Subcommittee among other work in supporting a vibrant peninsula.

Marsha Massey, Executive Director, Olympic Peninsula Visitor Bureau

Marsha Massey is the Executive Director of the Olympic Peninsula Visitor Bureau, the regional destination marketing organization, and the Olympic Peninsula Tourism Commission, a marketing partnership of eight area municipalities who collaborate to market the Olympic Peninsula region. She has dedicated most of her career to the tourism and hospitality industry, having previously worked in both the public and private sectors. Marsha’s tenure includes leading the former Washington State Tourism Office, as well as over 16 years with Westin Hotels and Resorts.

Crystie Kisler, Co-Founder & Farmwife, Finnriver Farm & Cidery

Crystie Kisler is the cofounder of Finnriver Farm & Cidery and farmwife to Chimacum Valley Grainery. She also works with several nonprofits and community organizations around regional food and ecosystem resilience, social justice and imaginative thinking and long range adaptation to complexity and uncertainty. 

Paul Schiefen, Co-Owner, Jardin Du Soleil

In 2011 after leaving the corporate life in Santa Barbara, California. The Schiefens packed into their 26 foot trailer "Mimi" with their two kids (1yo and 4yo at the time) and set out to find the next adventure in life. Six months on the road, 34 States, and countless miles later the Schiefens pulled into a little corner of the Pacific Northwest, a town they couldn't even pronounce.

After exploring the charming town for a couple of days they heard that one of the local iconic lavender farms was up for sale. They decided to drive a short way on the Dungeness Scenic Loop to see the farm for themselves. An offer was made and after 15 days, Jardin du Soleil became the Schiefens new adventure.

Greg Oates, SVP of Innovation, MMGY NextFactor

Greg leads the development of destination master plans, destination development plans, and other strategic planning projects for DMO/CVBs of all sizes and budgets. His primary focus is aligning tourism, community, urban and economic development initiatives to improve overall destination performance and empower transformational community building. He collaborates with the public, private and civic sectors to develop strategies to address some of the visitor industry's most significant priorities, including: data-driven destination development and investment, equitable workforce development and housing, community and small business development, and government and community advocacy. 

Tommy Farris, Owner & General Manager, Olympic Hiking Co.

After growing up on the Olympic Peninsula, Tommy Farris combined his passions for the outdoors and entrepreneurship by founding the Olympic Hiking Company in 2016. In what started as a business school project at the University Washington, Tommy eventually left his career in Finance, moved back to Port Angeles, and began leading guided day tours of Olympic National Park as a solopreneur. Today, Tommy now leads a 20-person team as Olympic Hiking Co. serves over 4,000 travelers each year on its guided day tours, trailhead shuttles, and backpacking trips. Outside of OHC, Tommy volunteers his time as a Board Member for State of Washington Tourism, as well as the Port Angeles Chamber of Commerce.

Stevie Borggard, Co-Owner, Kindred Collective

Born and raised in Port Angeles, Washington, she is very passionate about this beautiful place.  She loves the outdoors and trying everything this area has to offer.  Stevie opened Kindred Collective in downtown in 2021 with her friend Becky.
