How do Register and make payment?

Registration will open in January 2026. Stay tuned.

How much is a ticket to attend?

Price to be determined - last year was $159/person.

What’s included in the ticket price?

Included in your ticket is access to both days of programming and meals. We do not include transportation or lodging.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept credit card, ACH transfer, or check. Checks should be made out to: Olympic Peninsula Tourism Commission and mailed to: P.O. Box 670, Port Angeles, WA 98362.

May I register for part but not all of it?

There is only one ticket price, no matter how much or little you are able to attend. You are not required to go to both day’s programming, but to maximize your investment, we highly encourage you to attend both Tuesday and Wednesday.

What is the RSVP date?

Registration closes April 3, 2026. We will not accept walk-ins, so please kindly register in advance.

Do you accept walk-ins?

Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate walk-ins, so please kindly register in advance. Registration closes April 3, 2026.

What’s the cancellation policy?

Your ticket is non-refundable after April 3, 2026. We do allow transferring your ticket to another approved attendee. Please email us no later than April 15, 2026 to make that change, at optcsummit@gmail.com

Will the sessions be recorded?

The sessions will not be recorded, and none of the sessions are streamed for online viewing. We encourage you to attend in person.

Where can I park?

Is there a preferred lodging partner?

Yes, we have secured a group rate at The Red Lion Port Angeles for to Summit attendees. Please click this link here for more information - limited availability, book now!

What if I want to come early/stay after?

We encourage you to make a trip out of it and experience the beauty and adventure at our doorstep.

What do I need to show when I check-in?

We will have a list of all pre-registered guests. As a backup, please have your confirmation email available as well.

What is the dress code?

This is a relaxed environment with no formal dress code. Please dress as you feel comfortable.

What public transportation is available?

There are limited taxi services and no ubers or ride shares. Clallam Transit and Jefferson Transit have many routes that service the Peninsula.

Are there any discounts available?

This summit is priced as accessibly as possible. At this time we are unable to provide any discounts for multiple tickets, one-day only, or other reasons.
